Harlow West
Clive has lived in Harlow since 1957, went to Brays Grove, whom he represented at various sporting events.
He has worked in the printing industry for 52 years, having his own print brokerage for 28.
He was elected to district council and served from 2008 to 2012 and from 2015 to present day. He chaired Harlow Council from 2019 to 2020 and raised over £12,000. He has been a County councillor since 2017.
His interests include travelling and playing golf.
